Kasongan is a small village in the southern ppart of Yogyakarta with principal handy craft activity, the pottery.
There we can observe all this activities nearly in every home. The people preparing raw clay material to produce artistic or functional form or ideas to meet the demand of the local market or now the growing demand from abroad.
Afterward visit of Kota Gede, the centre of handy craft industry in the region such as silver works and Batik cloth industry.
